Collating the blend of in-person and virtual training, this course is designed to introduce you to project structures, business analyst processes, tools and methodologies. BA WORK EXPERIENCE

All trainees will enrol onto the 2-month work experience on a live project for a real client. During the work experience program, trainees will attend Conference calls and WebEx meetings twice a week. The meetings will follow the same pattern as a real project, i.e., there will be working groups, governance meetings (OppCo, SteerCo etc). Trainees will also be given tasks to complete as part of the project. Progress will be tracked as per a real project using a project plan and a RAID log. Project leads are senior industry experts who will review all work and provide relevant feedback to trainees. Every trainee will be given the opportunity to gain first- hand practical experience of using key business analysis principles, tools and techniques within the project, thereby boosting their confidence and readiness for their new Business analyst role. As we are using the industry leading Cisco WebEx meeting platform, trainees can join meetings remotely from the comfort of their home. All project calls will take place in the weekday evenings and therefore allowing trainees to fit the work experience around their current jobs.

This is a 3 month Cryptocurrency course. The course consists of 2 days face to face training with industry leading crypto experts. Participants for the Project Management for Everyone class are required to have a current work project in mind, to work on during the class, in order to utilize the skills in practical jobs. If a work project is not possible, then a personal project can be considered to work on.

Participants will not be asked to share any details about the project and there will not be any presentations on the project. Participants are not required to bring anything for the project, however if attendees have specific files that they are working on they may bring them to the class.
