BA WORK EXPERIENCE
All trainees will enrol onto the 2-month work experience on a live project for a real client. During the work experience program, trainees will attend Conference calls and WebEx meetings twice a week. The meetings will follow the same pattern as a real project, i.e., there will be working groups, governance meetings (OppCo, SteerCo etc). Trainees will also be given tasks to complete as part of the project. Progress will be tracked as per a real project using a project plan and a RAID log. Project leads are senior industry experts who will review all work and provide relevant feedback to trainees. Every trainee will be given the opportunity to gain first- hand practical experience of using key business analysis principles, tools and techniques within the project, thereby boosting their confidence and readiness for their new Business analyst role. As we are using the industry leading Cisco WebEx meeting platform, trainees can join meetings remotely from the comfort of their home.
